Lollapalooza Brasil Festival takes place in the end of this month in São Paulo and made Rio’s “cariocas” jealous. Before taking part in the famous festivals, some of the bands will be performing in four other Brazilian cities, including Rio de Janeiro for exclusive performances. On the 24th, 25th and 27th, the stage at Citibank Hall hosts concerts by Robert Plant and The Sensational Space Shifters, The Smashing Pumpkins, Foster The People and Bastille. 

On Tuesday, the 24th, former leader of Led Zeppelin, Robert Plant, goes up on stage with The Sensational Space Shifters, a band that has been playing alongside the musician on his solo project for two years. The opening show is by North American singer St. Vicent. Alternative rock band The Smashing Pumpkins plays on Wednesday, the 24th. Californian band Young Giant perform in the opening show. Close the calendar of performances on the 27th, Friday, are Foster The People and Bastille.
