Cheers to the New E-Visa System!

Cheers to the weekend–but we’ve got more to celebrate than the fact that it’s FRIDAY!  This week Brazil expanded its new e-visa system, adding Americans to the number of travelers who can enjoy online visa processing at a much lower fee.  Americans, Japanese, Canadian and Australian citizens will benefit from the change.  It’s all about encouraging tourism to BEAUTIFUL BRAZIL.  Read on for more, including why flight prices to Brazil may become less expensive as well!

‘Ex Africa’ Opens at Rio’s Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil (CCBB)

From this Saturday, January 20th through March 26th, the largest exhibition of contemporary African art is coming to Rio’s Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil (CCBB).  Called “Ex Africa” the exhibit delves into the dilemmas and challenges of Africa today.  The exhibit will introduce dozens of artists from around the world, including two Afro-Brazilian artists:
