Defending Indigenous Brazil

Beginning Monday, more than 2,500 indigenous representatives from more than 100 ethnic groups gathered to support the 15th edition of the Terra Livre (Free Land) camp movement in Brasilia, Brazil.  Considered the largest annual mobilization of indigenous people in Brazil, the movement aims to pressure government authorities to maintain and enforce indigenous’ constitutional rights and international laws:
